For long life, low speed applications requiring increased output torque the BLDC58 brushless motor may be specified with the high strength planetary gearhead type IP57. This unit, which utilises precision cut metal gear stages throughout provides high performance and compact dimensions compatible with the NEMA23 standards. The unit is provided with a choice of output shafts including an option with a tapped end to simplify the mounting of pulleys etc.
